Relief Operator

Minimum education: Vocational training (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Industrial Maintenance or a similar qualification.

Required experience: At least 3 years of experience in the plant production process.

Solid Technical Knowledge:
General mechanics.
Operation of forklift and front loader.
Notions of pneumatics.
Industrial electricity.

We are building a plasterboard manufacturing plant in Zaragoza; Gypzero, an innovative and sustainable project that drives the industry towards the NetZero model.
You will work in the Production area of the new plasterboard plant, contributing directly to operational success.

- Supervision and reporting: Inform the shift supervisor about personnel incidents, damage to equipment or tools, and failures in the production process.

- Command backup: Replace the shift supervisor in all their activities during vacations or prolonged absences.

- Operational coverage: Cover any vacant position on the production line due to short or long-term absences.

- Team management: Organize and distribute personnel along with the supervisor to meet the production objectives assigned by management.

- Safety and hygiene: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. Correct non-compliance and inform management immediately.

- Operational maintenance: Assist the maintenance team with basic tasks, such as changing filters and hoses, and technical cleaning of equipment.

- Asset care: Take responsibility for the correct use of products, tools, and machinery to avoid unnecessary waste or wear.

- Problem solving: Participate actively in identifying root causes on the production line and propose strategic solutions to achieve operational objectives.

- Continuous improvement: Correctly implement the company's improvement programs, including the 5S methodology.

- Training: Attend meetings and talks on safety, occupational health, environment, quality management, and human resources.

- Incident management: Immediately report any accident or incident to the direct superior or the plant safety officer.

- Execution and delegation: Comply with direct orders from management and delegate tasks to the team to ensure their fulfillment.
