What will you do at Allianz?
As a Senior Connectivity Analyst, you will participate actively in the management, administration, and evolution of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem collaborative tools used by the company, as well as in the evolution of Allianz's digital connectivity strategy. Our goal is to apply innovative technologies and artificial intelligence-based solutions in our day-to-day operations. Your main responsibilities will be:

• Develop the company's connectivity strategy by incorporating AI tools to optimize processes and generate greater value for the business.
• Act as a functional reference for the Microsoft 365 platform tools available to employees, brokers, and collaborators.
• Advise and support digital brokers, technology providers, insurtechs, startups, and other partners during integration processes with Allianz.
• Collaborate with business areas on strategic projects related to connectivity and digitalization.
• Collect, analyze, and define functional requirements for digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate the functional follow-up of developments with the Technology & Data teams.
• Design, execute, and coordinate user testing (UAT), ensuring the quality of implemented solutions.
• Identify improvement opportunities through the use of generative AI tools, helping to accelerate projects and automate processes.
• Promote innovative initiatives that facilitate technological integration and operational efficiency across commercial channels.
