What we're looking for

We are looking for a person with an interest in the world of pricing, an analytical orientation, and the desire to transform data and models into business decisions.

We would like you to bring:

University degree in Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or related degrees.

At least 4/5 years of experience, or equivalent experience, in Non-Life insurance pricing, preferably in the Motor line of business.

Experience in predictive modeling and solid analytical skills.

High level of Spanish and English, to move comfortably in international environments.

Ability to communicate technical concepts and insights to the business in a clear and practical manner.

Ease in working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Nice to have

We would love it if, in addition, you have...

Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson tools, especially Emblem, Radar, or Classifier.

Experience in programming with SAS and/or Python.

Knowledge of Cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.

You will be part of the Pricing team, contributing to the development and evolution of the pricing strategy for the Motor line of business within BBVA Allianz.

Your work will have a direct impact on rate optimization and business decision-making, combining actuarial analysis, modeling, and technology.

What you'll do

Develop and calibrate actuarial models for the Motor line of business.

Build, update, and validate frequency, severity, propensity, and elasticity models.

Participate in price optimization projects, both for the existing portfolio and for new business, using tools such as Radar.

Integrate internal and external information, ensuring the actuarial, technical, and regulatory consistency of the models.

Implement and maintain models and rates in Radar Live, configuring rating factors, business rules, and calculation logics.

Analyze the technical performance of the portfolio and new business, identifying deviations and opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate in the definition of coverages, limits, and underwriting rules, providing a technical and actuarial perspective.

Work transversally with areas such as Claims, Finance, and Business, contributing to an integrated vision and decision-making.

Ensure the correct integration of rates into the systems, providing support in the resolution of incidents.
