Requirements
What we're looking for
- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Marketing, Insurance, or related disciplines.
- More than 5 years of experience in Business Development, Consultative Sales, or Commercial Hunter positions.
- Experience developing business within Insurance, Assistance, Affinity, Embedded Insurance, or B2B2C environments.
- Solid knowledge of the Spanish insurance market and its main players: insurance companies, brokerages, brokers, bancassurance, and distribution partners.
- Experience establishing commercial relationships with insurance companies, financial entities, mobility companies, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Active network of contacts within the insurance and/or assistance sector.
- Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
