Your main functions will be:
Actively develop property listing, by performing commercial prospecting, listing visits, valuations, and negotiations with owners, and contributing directly to the growth of the property portfolio.

Lead and energize the team's commercial activity, by establishing priorities, objectives, and action plans to drive results.
Accompany the team on the ground, through joint visits, commercial coaching, individual follow-up, and support in the most complex negotiations.
Supervise performance indicators (KPIs), analyze individual and collective results, and implement actions to improve productivity and achieve commercial objectives.
Accompany the team in the management of real estate operations, guaranteeing service quality and customer satisfaction.
Develop a local network of collaborators and referrers to generate new listing opportunities and reinforce the presence of Alveo Properties in Barcelona.
Guarantee compliance with the group's internal methods, standards, and processes.
Collaborate closely with the other teams in the group (legal, sales administration, marketing, financing, etc.) to guarantee effective management of operations.
Actively contribute to the growth strategy of Alveo Properties in Barcelona, by identifying new business opportunities and proposing initiatives to develop the activity.
