Travel Agency Manager

Viajes Carrefour is a subsidiary of the Carrefour Group, one of the most important distribution groups worldwide, which has more than 30 years of experience in the travel agency sector in Europe.
We have a network of agencies throughout the entire country, featuring the best professionals and resources and offering our customers a wide assortment of products and services that meet their travel and leisure expectations. Currently, we are looking for an Agency Manager with the following functions:
●Customer service for advice and sales of flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other services.
●Performing bookings through the system, as well as resolving incidents, changes, and cancellations.
●Administrative management, invoicing, etc.
●Supervision of the agency's operations and the staff of travel agents, as well as the training of new hires.
●Supervising the agency's monthly budget and monitoring its sales.
●Promoting and complying with service standards and methodologies specific to Viajes.

We would love to meet you if you have:
●Vocational Training or Degrees, with experience in travel agencies or in a similar position.
●+3 years of experience in travel agencies.
●Interest in traveling and good customer service skills.
