Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum education: Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training (CFGM / CFGS) in Administration and Finance or similar.
Minimum experience: Between 1 and 3 years in similar administrative positions.
Office tools: Advanced Microsoft Office. Mastery of or experience using SAP.
Languages: Catalan and Spanish (full proficiency / bilingual).
Skills: Organized, autonomous person with a strong results orientation and an aptitude for collaborative work.

What you'll do

Technical management and maintenance: Coordinate repairs, maintenance of warehouse facilities and machinery, and transport (internal resolution via CAU or management with external providers).
Procurement and purchasing: Integral management of orders for warehouse consumables, hardware, and cleaning supplies, ensuring minimum operational stock.
Internal coordination: Cross-functional support for the Managers of Warehouses, Transport and Technical Office.
Improvement and quality: Take on and carry out the missions considered necessary for the area, in order to ensure its proper functioning, while also participating in the training and improvement actions needed to professionalize my work and that of the Group.
