The role

Ametller Origen is a growing company in the food sector that comprehensively manages the production and commercialization process of its products. We grow, prepare, and select our products to guarantee flavor and quality from the source.

Our purpose is to promote a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle, making more nutritious, enjoyable, and clean food accessible, with a strong commitment to society and the environment.

Do you want to be part of our team and join us in bringing our purpose to the community?

We want to incorporate a Business Analyst Technician to act as an Analytics referent within the operations and retail areas, transforming business needs into useful, reliable, and actionable analytical solutions that facilitate decision-making, ensure information quality, and drive the analytical autonomy of the business.

What you'll do

- You will produce, maintain, and evolve the analytical products of the domain, including operational dashboards, proactive alerts, automatic monitoring, and recurrent analyses, ensuring their use, quality, updating, and withdrawal when they cease to provide value.
- You will translate business needs into concrete analytical questions, preparing complete briefings and ensuring that requests are well-defined before starting any solution or deliverable.
- You will design and consolidate the domain's analytical self-service model, facilitating the team's ability to resolve routine queries autonomously using certified data.
- You will resolve ad hoc analyses and specific queries for the area using the existing and certified data layer, avoiding unnecessary dependencies on the Data team for standard queries.
- You will specify to the Data team the requirements for unavailable data, detailing what is needed, for what purpose, and with what level of granularity.
- You will execute quality control and functional validation of new data models delivered by the Data team, before the information is published as a certified layer and shared as official data.
- You will participate in cross-functional analytical projects as a functional expert for the domain, providing knowledge of the business, processes, and the area's decision-making levers.
- You will proactively identify opportunities, risks, trends, or deviations within the domain, proposing analyses, alerts, or improvements that help anticipate decisions.
- You will enable the domain's Power User Leader by training them, explaining available tools, collecting feedback, and measuring their degree of autonomy.
- You will present operational closings for the area with certified data, actionable interpretation, and a focus on decision-making.
- You will escalate projects requiring greater technical complexity to the Analytics Specialist and situations that exceed capacity, involve new master KPIs, create multiple domains, or generate prioritization conflicts to the Head of Analytics.
- You will participate in the cross-functional rituals of the Analytics pillar, such as the weekly intake, prioritization committees, adoption sessions, and model retrospectives.
