We are looking for a Functional BI & Data Analytics Analyst to join one of our teams at a Retail company located in Madrid.

This position offers a hybrid work model (3 days in the office/2 days remote)

What you'll do

As a Functional BI & Data Analytics Analyst, you will be a key player on our team, responsible for gathering, analyzing, and transforming business requirements into Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include

Represent the Corporate domain in the launch of new data-related initiatives and projects, and identify areas for improvement and growth
Work closely with business teams to understand their needs and provide solutions to improve their daily operations
Define and analyze user requirements
Create change plans based on the analyzed requirements
Verify the functionality of the final product
Write user manuals and documentation
Analyze and evaluate the performance of existing systems
Prepare presentations for the business side
Automate processes
Develop dashboards
Develop workflows/apps (Microsoft suite)

Requirements

Education: Industrial Engineering; Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar
Advanced knowledge of SQL databases (Hana, Snowflake)
Advanced knowledge of Python for automation and ETL
Experience in developing dashboards (PowerBI)
