What you'll do
- Support for the approval of new locations through technical due diligence and budget preparation.
- Reception, review, and comparison of received quotes.
- Search for new suppliers and new technologies or materials.
- Supervision of construction execution within deadlines, costs, and quality and company standards.
- Management of renovation works for the existing restaurant portfolio according to the annual renovation plan and budget.
- Support for Facility Management in estimating costs related to complex construction repairs and supervising the execution of the works.
