Furniture and Decoration Buyer

Responsibilities

• Support and execute sourcing and tender processes for Spain and other European markets.
• Identify, evaluate and select suppliers for building elements and furnishings categories.
• Manage supplier negotiations and secure the best market prices and commercial conditions.
• Prepare accurate budget estimations, model costs and CAPEX orders for openings and renovation projects.
• Coordinate with Construction, Design and local operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and according to quality standards.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives by identifying value-added solutions and market opportunities.
• Collect, compare and evaluate supplier offers and tender documentation.
• Support procurement system administration and ensure compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements for Candidate

• High level of English.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical capabilities.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, purchasing or tender management (approximately 2 years) is a must.
• Knowledge of construction materials, furniture, fit-out elements or interior design is highly valued.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage.
• Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
