We are looking for a junior profile to join the Honest Greens Expansion team and support the brand's growth in Spain. This person will actively participate in identifying new locations, analyzing opportunities, and executing openings nationwide.

• Identify, analyze, and evaluate potential locations for new restaurants
• Conduct visits to premises and target areas
• Support the construction and management of the expansion pipeline
• Develop and maintain relationships with owners, brokers, and consultants
• Analyze key variables such as demographics, footfall, and competition
• Support feasibility studies and basic financial analysis
• Monitor market trends and detect new opportunities
• Support the preparation of offers and contracts
• Provide support in negotiation processes
• Track the status of each operation and its key milestones
• Coordinate with internal teams (construction, legal, operations)
• Track timelines, deliverables, and approvals
• Provide support throughout the entire process: from location identification to opening
• Keep the expansion pipeline updated
• Prepare presentations and reports for decision-making
