At Paul Marlex we are collaborating with a major technology company specialized in the development of engineering solutions and controlled environments for other industries, in the search for a PROJECT MANAGER for their facility located in the Vallès Occidental area.

What you'll do

• Carry out the execution of the different phases of the assigned projects.

• Update and manage the budget allocation per project, controlling costs.

• Visit construction sites to supervise the work of site managers and provide support regarding workers and subcontractors.

• Propose the appropriate procedures and techniques for project development.

• Monitor and report on the progress and development of construction projects, ensuring schedule management and budget compliance.

• Perform technical calculations with the support of the Engineering Department.

What do we need from you?

• Degree in Industrial Technologies Engineering, Master's in Industrial Engineering and/or similar.

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in a construction or industrial company.

• Experience in project management is essential.

• Fluent spoken and written English is valued.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD design software, 3D programs and/or Revit (BIM) is valued.

• You are a proactive person, with initiative, methodical, organized, results-oriented, resourceful, eager to learn, with critical thinking, attention to detail, with a global and cross-functional vision, dynamic, flexible and versatile, responsible and committed to the company's objectives.
