Experience in private banking, Wealth Management, wealth management, financial advisory, or business development within the financial and insurance sectors.
Above experience and technical knowledge, we seek something fundamental: PROFESSIONAL ETHICS, CONFIDENTIALITY, AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION.
A profile with commercial initiative, autonomy, excellent communication skills, and a consultative vision, where people and relationships of trust are always at the center.
Nice to have
We will especially value experience in client acquisition and retention, portfolio management, financial planning, and the development of long-term commercial relationships, as well as MiFID II, EFA, EFP, EFPA, or similar certifications.

The role
At Ananda Consultoría y Personas, we are accompanying an independent firm specializing in high-value estate planning and financial advisory in the recruitment of a Senior Manager / Wealth Advisor to be part of its growth project.
What you'll do
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Acquire, accompany, and retain clients.
- Manage and grow a client portfolio.
- Build long-term relationships of trust with entrepreneurs, executives, professionals, and families.
- Analyze the financial and wealth situation of each client.
- Identify investment, savings, forecasting, protection, and financial planning needs.
- Present personalized solutions adapted to each case.
- Monitor the portfolio and detect new opportunities for collaboration.
- Work with a commercial methodology, activity monitoring, and pipeline management.
- Participate actively in the growth and positioning of the firm.
- Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team to offer the client an integral and value-driven vision.
