The role

Do you have commercial experience in the temporary staffing sector and are you passionate about acquiring clients and developing long-lasting business relationships? We want to meet you!

In our company, we are looking to hire a Sales Representative specialized in Temporary Employment Agencies (ETT), with experience in acquiring new companies, market opening, and client loyalty, to drive the growth of our commercial portfolio.

What you'll do

Acquisition of new companies and generation of business opportunities.

Commercial prospecting and market opening in the assigned area.

Commercial visits and presentation of our temporary staffing services.

Identification of companies' hiring needs and preparation of tailored proposals.

Loyalty and follow-up of the existing client portfolio.

Development of long-term business relationships and detection of new collaboration opportunities.

Negotiation of commercial conditions and follow-up of reached agreements.

Coordination with the selection team to offer agile and effective solutions to clients' staffing needs.

Additional Information

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a sales representative in an ETT, especially in company acquisition and loyalty.

Knowledge of the business landscape and the temporary labor market.

Experience in prospecting, commercial visits, negotiation, and closing agreements.

Dynamic, proactive profile, oriented towards results and with a clear commercial vocation.

Communication and negotiation skills and the ability to establish relationships of trust with clients.

Autonomy, organization, and orientation towards the growth of the commercial portfolio.
