Support functions and requirements:

- Collaborate in the recruitments and selections as required.

- Identification of candidates for middle management and senior management roles.

- Initial interviews.

- Candidate follow-up.

- Preparation of reports and briefings.

- Research tasks related to market analysis.

- Database maintenance.
