Requirements

What we're looking for

Minimum qualification of Higher Technician (GM) or Vocational Technician (GS) in Administration, finance, accounting, or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions.
Advanced knowledge of office automation, especially Excel.
Knowledge of ERP (Especially Business Central)
Demonstrable experience in accounting.
Availability for immediate incorporation.
Have your own vehicle.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Initial 3-month contract + Extension + Transition to permanent company staff
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 14:00 or from 9:00 to 15:00
Part-time employment of 25 H/week.
Salary 10.996 Gross Euros/Hour (Approx. 1,099.6 Gross Euros per month)

We are looking for an Accounting Administrative Assistant focused both on accounting management and general administration for a leading company in the agro-industrial sector, located in Polígono la Isla, Dos Hermanas, Seville.

Do you reside in Dos Hermanas or the surrounding areas? Do you have experience in the accounting department?

What you'll do

Posting supplier invoices.
Performing accounting entries.
Bank reconciliation.
Transferring customer orders from Oceges to Business Central, and resolving associated incidents.
Support for monthly closings.
Support for tax forms.
Prepare bank reports.
