We are looking for a Receptionist / Night Auditor (weekends) at Hotel Yurbban Ramblas, Barcelona.
The selected person will be responsible for guest service and reception operations during the night shift, guaranteeing close and efficient service and ensuring the correct daily closing of the establishment.

• Guest service and reception: perform check-in and check-out, attend to inquiries, requests, and customer needs during the night shift.
• Telephone service and email management: answer calls, emails, and other communications, providing information about the accommodation, services, schedules, and available resources.
• Reservation management: check, modify, and manage reservations, as well as follow up on possible incidents related to arrivals, cancellations, or changes.
• Audit and night closing: perform the end-of-day closing processes and verify that the recorded information and operations are correct, leaving operations prepared for the morning shift.
• Control and supervision of the establishment: perform checks of common areas and communicate any anomalies, incidents, or maintenance needs.
• Incident management: attend to and resolve, within their competencies, possible problems or guest requests during the night, escalating situations that require it to the corresponding manager.
• Coordination with other departments: keep a record of incidents, requests, or pending matters and facilitate the handover of information to the morning shift team.
