Receptionist / Night Auditor (weekends) - Hotel Yurbban Ramblas

We are looking for a Receptionist / Night Auditor (weekends) at Hotel Yurbban Ramblas, Barcelona.
The selected person will be responsible for guest service and front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring warm and efficient service and the correct daily closing of the establishment.

• Guest service and reception: perform check-in and check-out, handle guest inquiries, requests and needs during the night shift.
• Phone and email handling: answer calls, emails and other communications, providing information about the accommodation, services, schedules and available resources.
• Reservation management: check, modify and manage reservations, as well as follow up on any issues related to arrivals, cancellations or changes.
• Night audit and closing: perform the day's closing processes and verify that the recorded information and operations are correct, leaving the operation ready for the morning shift.
• Property control and supervision: check common areas and report any anomalies, incidents or maintenance needs.
• Incident management: handle and resolve, within their scope, any guest issues or requests during the night, escalating to the appropriate manager those situations that require it.
• Coordination with other departments: record incidents, requests or pending matters and facilitate the handover of information to the morning shift team.

• Previous experience in hotel or tourist accommodation reception.
• Good level of Spanish and English. Knowledge of other languages will be positively valued.
• Availability to work night shifts and weekends.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule of 16 hours per week.

Estamos buscando a un/a Recepcionista / Night Auditor (fines de semana) en Hotel Yurbban Ramblas, Barcelona.
La persona seleccionada será responsable de la atención a los huéspedes y de la operativa de recepción durante el turno nocturno, garantizando un servicio cercano y eficiente y asegurando el correcto cierre diario del establecimiento.

• Atención y recepción de huéspedes: realizar el check-in y check-out, atender consultas, peticiones y necesidades de los clientes durante el turno de noche.
• Atención telefónica y gestión de emails: responder llamadas, correos electrónicos y otras comunicaciones, proporcionando información sobre el alojamiento, servicios, horarios y recursos disponibles.
• Gestión de reservas: comprobar, modificar y gestionar reservas, así como realizar el seguimiento de posibles incidencias relacionadas con llegadas, cancelaciones o cambios.
• Auditoría y cierre nocturno: realizar los procesos de cierre del día y comprobar que la información y operaciones registradas sean correctas, dejando preparada la operativa para el turno de mañana.
• Control y supervisión del establecimiento: realizar comprobaciones de las zonas comunes y comunicar cualquier anomalía, incidencia o necesidad de mantenimiento.
• Gestión de incidencias: atender y resolver, dentro de sus competencias, posibles problemas o solicitudes de los huéspedes durante la noche, escalando al responsable correspondiente aquellas situaciones que lo requieran.
• Coordinación con otros departamentos: dejar constancia de incidencias, solicitudes o cuestiones pendientes y facilitar el relevo de información al equipo del turno de mañana.
