Cybersecurity N1 Support Technician (Night Shift)

• Completed Higher Level Vocational Training (CFGS) in Computer Systems and Network Administration (ASIR/ASIX) or equivalent training.

• Knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration.

• Knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.

• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and identity management.

• Basic knowledge of cloud environments, especially Microsoft Azure.

• Knowledge of networks and protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, VPN, NAT, VLAN, ports, and firewalls.

• Basic knowledge of SIEM and EDR/XDR solutions.

• Ability to interpret logs, events, and security alerts.

• Basic knowledge of malware, phishing, vulnerabilities, and main cybersecurity threats.

• Familiarity with system monitoring tools.

• Availability to work mainly on the night shift and adapt to occasional rotations to other morning or afternoon shifts.

• Sufficient English level to communicate with and provide support to international users.

• Experience with security technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Knowledge of virtualization and cloud environments.

• Experience with monitoring tools.

Cybersecurity N1 Support Technician (Night shift with occasional rotations)

We are looking to hire a Cybersecurity N1 Support Technician to join our Security and Operations team, participating in system monitoring, initial alert detection, and security event management.

You will work in a professional technological environment, following established procedures and collaborating with the technical team to guarantee the continuity and security of our clients' services.

• Monitor systems and perform an initial analysis of security alerts.

• Carry out the triage of events and incidents to identify possible threats and establish their priority.

• Review logs and detect anomalous behavior in systems.

• Collaborate in the initial identification of possible incidents related to malware, phishing, suspicious access, or account compromises.

• Register, classify, and follow up on incidents using ticketing tools.

• Apply established procedures to manage and escalate security incidents.

• Document the actions taken and keep incident information up to date.

• Collaborate in monitoring tasks, vulnerability reviews, and continuous improvement of security procedures.

• Use monitoring tools and security solutions, such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and perimeter security systems, according to service needs.

Salary: €22,500 gross per year, including the night shift supplement, subject to approved remuneration conditions.

Schedule: mainly on the night shift, from 22:30 to 07:00 h, with occasional rotations to other morning or afternoon shifts.

Shift organization: occasional rotations will be carried out to favor time alternation and avoid continuous stay on the night shift.

Location: Barcelona, C/ Casp, 23.

Work modality: teleworking during the night shift, according to the organization and service conditions.
