L2 Systems and Infrastructure Technician

• Experience in network administration with Cisco and Palo Alto technologies.

• Experience in hyperconverged infrastructure Nutanix.

• Administration of resources and permission management in Microsoft Azure.

• Administration of Red Hat systems, permission management, services, and scripting.

• Administration of Windows Server, role management, and incident resolution (troubleshooting).

• Experience with Red Hat Satellite.

• Knowledge of Veeam Backup & Replication.

• Experience in AWS, server creation, update automation, and user permission management.

• Knowledge of monitoring with Zabbix.

We are looking for a N2 Systems and Infrastructure Technician to join our technical team and participate in the administration, support, and evolution of hybrid infrastructure and cloud environments. You will play a key role in resolving second-level incidents, administering critical platforms, and the continuous improvement of the technological services offered to our clients.

• Administer and support on-premise and cloud infrastructures, ensuring their availability and proper functioning.

• Manage network environments, virtualization, Windows and Linux systems, as well as backup and monitoring platforms.

• Resolve second-level incidents, perform troubleshooting tasks, and participate in the automation and optimization of processes.

• Collaborate with other technical teams in the implementation of new solutions and infrastructure projects.
