The role
At Anthesis, we are the team that activates sustainability!
We work to drive the transition towards a more sustainable world. Through innovative projects, we advise companies, institutions, and communities to implement responsible practices that minimize environmental impact and foster a greener future.
Environmental education is a fundamental pillar of our work, as we believe that awareness and citizen participation are key to driving positive and lasting changes. Through our information campaigns and local actions, we bring environmental knowledge closer to citizens to foster more sustainable habits and correct waste management.
Our mission is to empower people to become an active part of the transformation towards more sustainable models. We work alongside administrations, entities, and communities to promote responsible behaviors that contribute to improving the environment and people's quality of life.
Join the team as an Environmental Campaign Coordinator and be part of a citizen awareness project that aims to promote the correct separation and management of waste. You will be the person responsible for coordinating the team of environmental educators, guaranteeing the correct development of activities in the territory, and ensuring the achievement of the campaign's objectives through information, engagement, and citizen participation actions.
What you'll do
For this Environmental Campaign Coordinator position, I would try to balance coordination tasks with field work so that the candidate understands it is not a purely administrative role.
- Coordinate and accompany the team of environmental educators during the development of the campaign.
- Plan, organize, and supervise activities to guarantee the correct development of the project and compliance with the established methodology.
- Manage the campaign logistics, including materials, transport, storage, and resources necessary for the activities.
- Provide support to the team in resolving incidents and operational needs that may arise during the activities.
- Inform, sensitize, and advise citizens on the campaign's objectives and correct waste management.
- Drive citizen participation actions and promote adherence to the campaign's communication channels.
- Supervise data collection, monitoring of indicators, and the preparation of reports on incidents, detected needs, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure the correct use of materials and resources assigned to the project.
- Participate in coordination and monitoring meetings with the technical team.
How you'll work
Where will you work? You will carry out your activity mainly in Crevillent, as part of a traveling environmental awareness campaign. For this, we are looking for people who reside in Crevillent or the surrounding areas and who have the mobility to travel according to the needs of the project.
What type of contract do we offer? Permanent seasonal.
What will your working day and schedule be?
- You will join the team from 11/17/2026 until 12/22/2026
Standard schedule 38 hours per week.
The campaign will be carried out in different phases, so schedules will vary depending on the type of activity:
- Phase 1. Census, leafleting, and signage (approximately 5 days)
- Tuesday to Friday: from 9:00 h to 16:40 h.
- Saturdays: from 11:00 h to 18:40 h.
- Phase 2. Home visits and awareness actions in public spaces

The schedule may be subject to modifications due to the itinerant needs of the project.
Required attire: For the development of the activities, the following attire will be requested: Blue or black jeans, plain top without visible images or logos, and light colors.
Skills & Expertise
We are looking for a dynamic, organized person with the ability to coordinate teams on the ground, with an interest in environmental awareness and citizen participation.
- Previous experience in team coordination, awareness campaigns, environmental education, community engagement, or intervention projects in public spaces.
