Environmental Educator with French – Barcelona

Join an environmental educational project to bring energy, water treatment, and waste content closer to different audiences.

• Permanent seasonal contract from the 26th of October 2026 to the 31st of January 2027.
• Part-time employment of 20 hours per week, with a usual schedule from 8 am to 12 pm. The schedule may vary occasionally according to the needs of the activities, which may also take place some afternoons or on weekends.
• Reference remuneration of €23,584.90 gross per year for full-time, proportional to the part-time employment.
• Mileage allowance for activities carried out outside the province of Barcelona.

We are looking for an environmental educator with scientific or environmental training and the ability to facilitate activities in French. They will lead practical workshops on energy, water treatment, and waste in Barcelona, the surrounding areas, and Maresme, and will carry out occasional activities in French in the province of Girona.

📍 Location: Barcelona, surrounding areas, and Maresme, with occasional activities in Girona.
📄 Contract: permanent seasonal. Expected period of activity from the 26th of October 2026 to the 31st of January 2027.
🕒 Working day: part-time, 20 hours per week. The usual schedule will be from 8 am to 12 pm, with possible occasional activities in the afternoon or on weekends.
🚗 Travel: a driver's license and own vehicle are required. A mileage allowance is expected for activities outside the province of Barcelona.

• Facilitate educational workshops and activities on energy, water treatment, and waste management.
• Lead activities in French when required and adapt their content to different audiences.
• Monitor and evaluate the activities carried out.
• Manage and control the stock of necessary materials.
• Communicate and follow up on any incidents that may arise.
• Participate in internal coordination meetings, mainly via Teams and when necessary.
• Provide support for other tasks related to the educational project.
