What you'll do

Your tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

  • Develop and facilitate guided tours and educational activities adapted to different audiences (school, family, adult, and general public).
  • Transmit historical and heritage content in a didactic, rigorous, and accessible manner, fostering interest in maritime history and culture.
  • Facilitate the interpretation of exhibition content, promoting active participation and interaction from visitors.
  • Adapt the discourse, content, and dynamics according to the characteristics and needs of each group.
  • Prepare and use didactic materials to guarantee a quality educational experience.
  • Attend to, guide, and accompany visitors during the development of activities.
  • Collaborate in the organization and execution of workshops, events, and educational programs of the museum.
  • Ensure the proper use of spaces and materials, guaranteeing compliance with the center's operating and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the educational team to ensure the quality and continuous improvement of the services and activities offered.

How you'll work

What type of contract do we offer? Permanent seasonal.

What will your working day and schedule be? Part-time employment. The schedule will be distributed from Monday to Friday, and some weekends and holidays, according to the activity programming and service needs

Start date: October 20, 2026, with activity planned until the end of June and continuity planned from September onwards, according to the school year.

What will the salary be?
The gross annual salary for full-time is 23,584.90€, which will be received proportionally according to the hours worked.
