What you'll do

At Aqualia, a company specialized in integrated water management, we are looking for an administrative assistant profile in Algeciras.

Main duties:

Technical-administrative tasks (entering and updating customer information in the system).
Customer service (guiding, advising, and attending to customers, informing them of all activities and services offered, as well as collecting the corresponding invoice).
Management, registration, and distribution of mail.

Required Qualification: Intermediate Vocational Training in Administrative Management / Advanced Vocational Training in Administration and Finance.

Required Experience: 2 years in similar customer service positions.

Essential Specific Skills: SAP Accounting Application. Microsoft Office Suite.

Valuable Specific Skills: - Advanced office software proficiency. Excel.
