Industrial Engineer

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. Specific training in Lean Manufacturing or Process Industrialization will be valued.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in process engineering, continuous improvement, or industrialization in an industrial environment.
• Skills:

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.Experience in analysis, optimization, and industrialization of production processes.Ability to interpret and analyze production KPIs.Identification and resolution of process problems and risks.Familiarity with quality and improvement methodologies (Six Sigma).

• Languages: English B2.

Advanced Excel.SAP.

• Continuous Improvement and Process Optimization:

Analysis and optimization of flows, station balancing, and Lead Time reduction.Coordination of continuous improvement (CI) projects and benchmarking of best practices.Identification and implementation of efficiency, safety, and ergonomics improvements.

• Industrialization and Technical Management:

Industrialization of processes, techniques, tools, and facilities.Measurement of standard times and monitoring of performance KPIs.Management of process changes and risks, and support for control plans and quality analysis.

• Training and Skills Development:

Definition of standard procedures, technical documentation, and training programs.Design and implementation of practical training spaces (DOJO).Design and management of skills matrices in coordination with production.

• Audits & Operational Control:

Execution of audits in the work area and management of deviations.Monitoring of indicators and process capability control (Six Sigma).
