The role

At Mur&Partners, we are offering a position as an Industrialization Engineer for a world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of decorative and functional plastic components for automobiles.

The mission of this position will be to lead the industrialization of assigned parts, approaching it comprehensively from all areas of the plant, ensuring compliance with deadlines, investments, and defined profitability objectives. Likewise, you will be responsible for promoting the continuous improvement of the section's profitability through the identification, proposal, and implementation of improvements in production processes.

What you'll do

Lead the design of the production process, ensuring its technical and operational viability.
Act as a technical reference for the client, providing solutions and value alternatives.
Collaborate in the planning and monitoring of process development deadlines.
Assume responsibility for the Process PFMEA and participate actively in the Design FMEA.
Define the technical specifications of the necessary machinery and tooling.
Establish the technical requirements for fixtures (frames, cradles, etc.) and manage requests for quotations.
Prepare and issue process sheets (HP's) for both projects and mass production.
Evaluate test and sample results, detecting deviations and proposing corrective actions or design improvements.
Manage change requests regarding relevant process modifications.
Support the Project Manager in introducing technical solutions and new technologies to the client.
Participate in technical negotiations with the client, especially during the process design phase.
Develop the process FMEA and integrate the structure, routes, and purchase and maintenance contracts into BaaN.
Contribute to the analysis of internal problems and the resolution of incidents with the client, reproducing defects to identify root causes.
Prepare master parts according to IQ - Plant Quality guidelines and guarantee the correct functioning of automatic detection systems.
Define and standardize work methods.
Ensure compliance with established KPIs.
Provide support in RFQ processes.
Guarantee compliance with cybersecurity requirements in all activities involving IT support.
