Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Industrial Organization Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
English level B2/C1.
Interest in automation, digitalization, and industrial transformation.
Analytical capacity, initiative, and orientation towards continuous improvement.
Proactive, organized person with growth potential within the company.
Own vehicle to access the workplace.

Nice to have

Complementary training in continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or process management is valued.

We collaborate with a major industrial company located in Almudévar that needs to hire an Industrial Organization + Quality Engineer. We are looking for an Industrial Organization + Quality Engineer to join a strategic project within the company. The selected person will work transversally with management and different departments, participating in process improvement, automation, industrial management, and quality projects, with the objective of progressively assuming greater responsibilities within the organization.

What you'll do

Participate in the improvement and optimization of production processes.
Collaborate on automation, robotization, and implementation of new industrial technologies projects.
Provide support in the management and monitoring of production indicators.
Participate in the implementation of organizational and operational improvements.
Support coordination between production, quality, and management.
Collaborate in the document management associated with quality processes and systems.
Participate in the preparation and monitoring of internal audits and procedures.
Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the different areas of the company.
Progressively assume industrial management and organization responsibilities.

How you'll work

· Full-time from Monday to Friday.
