About the role

From Nortempo Selección we are looking for a Psychologist to join a group of companies dedicated to the social and labor inclusion of people with disabilities and vulnerable groups.

The organization is part of a group of companies and Special Employment Centers (SEC) whose goal is to promote the labor integration, well-being, and professional development of workers.

We are looking for a person with a social vocation, intervention skills, and the ability to work in a coordinated manner with multidisciplinary teams across different work centers.

What you'll do

  • Conducting psychological interviews and psychosocial assessments.

  • Designing and monitoring individualized intervention plans.

  • Supporting workers in job adaptation processes, labor integration, emotional management, and social skills development.

  • Intervening in situations of anxiety, stress, demotivation, absenteeism, or workplace conflicts.

  • Working with families to promote the inclusion and employment stability of the individuals served.

  • Mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts.

  • Designing and delivering workshops on emotional well-being, communication, stress management, conflict resolution, and labor inclusion.

  • Participating in social projects, employment programs, and social innovation initiatives.

  • Coordinating with center managers, support teams, public services, administrations, and partner organizations.
