Supporting workers in job adaptation processes, labor integration, emotional management, and social skills development.
Intervening in situations of anxiety, stress, demotivation, absenteeism, or workplace conflicts.
Working with families to promote the inclusion and employment stability of the individuals served.
Mediation and resolution of workplace conflicts.
Designing and delivering workshops on emotional well-being, communication, stress management, conflict resolution, and labor inclusion.
Participating in social projects, employment programs, and social innovation initiatives.
Coordinating with center managers, support teams, public services, administrations, and partner organizations.
Training in General Health Psychology, Work and Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, or Social Intervention.
Additional training in mediation, equality, career guidance, or human resources.
Experience working with people with disabilities, mental health issues, or vulnerable groups.
Experience in Foundations, Special Employment Centers, Sheltered Employment Enterprises, or third-sector organizations.
Experience in career guidance and socio-labor integration.
Disability certificate of 33% or higher, or Permanent Disability compatible with the position.
