The selected person will be responsible for conducting home visits to perform assessments of the users of the telecare service. Likewise, they will be in charge of the monitoring, control, and updating of data in the files of said users.

Temporary position for 6 months, full-time with 40 weekly hours to be carried out in weekly rotating shifts, being morning shifts from 9:00 to 17:00 or afternoon shifts from 13:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working Saturdays in the morning according to the roster.
