What we're looking for

- Minimum education of High School diploma or equivalent, although vocational training or a university degree in the social field (Social Integration, Social Work; Psychology,...) will be highly valued.

- Previous experience in a similar position (teleoperator, social services) of at least 6 months.

- Office software.

- Proficiency in Mallorquí.

The role

What you'll do

The selected person will be responsible for correctly attending to alarms and calls received from users, mobilizing, if necessary, the resources required for said care following the instructions and protocols established for it. Additionally, they will be in charge of correctly making scheduled calls to users, and carrying out the administrative and management tasks linked to the updating of user data and files.

How you'll work

Permanent position to work full-time in different shifts from Monday to Friday and alternating Saturdays. mornings from 8-16h or 8-16h, and afternoon from 12-20h
