Requirements
What we're looking for
- Knowledge of the social field and the professional context of social workers in the public sector.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in content creation, training materials, and project coordination.
- Knowledge of training planning, course design, and detection of training needs.
- Ability in writing, adaptation, and organization of content.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, design and layout of materials, and basic video editing knowledge.
- Ability for planning, organization, and coordination between departments.
Nice to have
- A university degree in Social Education, Pedagogy, Social Work, or similar is valued.
- Experience in socio-sanitary services, telecare, or training for public sector professionals is valued.

The role
At Atenzia, we are looking to hire a Training Management and Content Technician to take responsibility for the planning, creation, updating, and management of training content for our Clack platform. The training will be primarily aimed at Social Work professionals in the public sector, within the fields of social services and telecare.
What you'll do
- Collect, organize, and update existing training content within the company.
- Design and plan courses and training materials, identifying new training needs.
- Create and adapt content, preparing presentations, videos, and other educational resources.
- Coordinate with the involved departments for the review and updating of materials.
- Prepare content for incorporation into the Clack platform, in collaboration with Marketing and Training.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding access and the monitoring of participants.
- Manage and energize the training platform, guaranteeing the updating and continuity of content.
How you'll work
Permanent position for full-time work. Work will be from Monday to Friday, approximately from 8:00 to 17:00 h.
