At Atenzia, we are looking for a Monitoring Teleoperator to assist users, whose main mission will be to carry out professional and close telephone monitoring, guaranteeing a satisfactory experience adapted to each person's needs.

The selected person actively collaborates in information management, communication with relatives, and compliance with established protocols.

Temporary position for 6 months, part-time employment of 30 hours per week to be carried out on a rotating schedule: from 9:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 21:00; and from 16:00 to 22:00. Availability from Monday to Sunday according to the roster.
