The role

ATEXIS offers direct technical support to airline engineering departments in cases of reported failures during aircraft maintenance or operation. We propose specific solutions for each type of incident, guaranteeing operational continuity and safety.

🎯 Mission

Confirm receipt of each inquiry within a maximum period of 24 hours.
Meet established deadlines according to the criticality of the technical problem.

📚 What will you learn?

Provide technical support based on approved documentation (manuals, bulletins, directives).
Identify potential impacts on technical documentation and associated processes.
Manage approved airworthiness repairs (RDAF).
Perform operational risk assessments (OCC) to ensure regulatory compliance.
