Customer Service and Technical Support

At Avirato, we are looking to expand our customer service team at our Madrid offices in Collado Villalba, incorporating professionals with experience in customer service and technical support. We are looking for people with a positive, customer-oriented attitude, accustomed to problem-solving and decision-making, with a high capacity for teamwork.

What you'll do

Accompany Avirato's customers so they can better manage their business.
Handling and management of incidents and/or inquiries reported by the customer.
Process optimization.
Client retention.
Configuration of Avirato tools.

How you'll work

And we work Monday to Friday, from 9:00h to 18:00h.
