What you'll do

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for providing support in the service administration department:

Technical telephone support: Reception, assessment, and filtering of received inquiries or incidents.

Complementary administrative tasks: During the time between calls, you will assist with data entry into the system, updating information, and maintaining manuals.

Location: Polígono Vizcaya, Torres de Elorz (Navarra).
