The role

Activa | We are the corporate services provider for Grupo Planeta. For over 40 years, we have supported different business areas in their launch and growth, designing multiple processes with the help of the best technological solutions.

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for a Support Technician to provide assistance to students in the use of digital platforms and the resolution of technical incidents. Your role will be key to guaranteeing a smooth and efficient experience in accessing educational digital tools.

What you'll do

Advising on the use of digital platforms and tools.
Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware issues in Windows and MacOS environments.
Managing requests, support, and technical configurations through ticketing.
Coordinating tickets with different technology providers (Dynamics, Jira, Zendesk).
Resolving general and technical inquiries through written channels and phone support.

What are we looking for in you?

Experience in similar roles and customer service.
Residing in the province of the job offer.
Skill in managing tickets with various technology providers, including Dynamics, Jira, and Zendesk.
Knowledge of software configuration for Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Aptitude for configuring applications in Windows and Mac environments.
Experience in remote support using Anydesk and Teamviewer.
Intermediate-level computer skills.
Proficiency in office productivity tools.
Experience using Office 365.
Ability to resolve a wide range of technical issues.
Communication skills.
Be a proactive person and enjoy teamwork.
