What we're looking for
- Significant experience in Fashion Design, with a strong focus on menswear.
- Proven experience managing and developing a Design team within a fashion, lifestyle or premium environment.
- Strong understanding of the complete fashion product development process, from concept to production.
- Excellent knowledge of menswear trends, fabrics, garment construction and product development.
- Strong creative vision combined with a commercial and customer-focused mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, collaborative and inspiring leadership style.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international and cross-functional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.

The role
The project!
As a Men's Design Manager, you will be part of the creative development of the Pepe Jeans Men's collection, from initial concept and trend research through to final product development and production. You will work closely with the Design, Product Development, Buying and Merchandising teams, ensuring the collection reflects the Pepe Jeans identity while responding to market trends, customer needs and commercial objectives.
You will provide creative direction and ensure consistency, innovation and product excellence throughout the collection.

You will have the opportunity to shape the seasonal collection, work closely with multiple teams across the business and contribute to the continued evolution of an iconic global fashion brand.
What you'll do
- Work on the creative direction and development of the Pepe Jeans Men's collections, from initial concept and trend research through to final product development and production, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, creativity, innovation and commerciality.
- Inspire the Men's Design team, providing creative direction, feedback and support throughout the collection development process, while managing priorities, timelines and key seasonal milestones.
- Conduct regular inspiration and trend research trips, identifying relevant trends, colours, materials, silhouettes and new opportunities to translate into the collection and keep the brand relevant and competitive.
- Develop seasonal concepts, moodboards, colour palettes, fabrics and product direction, paying close attention to garment details, finishes and construction, and overseeing the development of samples and final products.
- Work closely with suppliers and Product Development teams throughout the development process, ensuring the right fabrics, trims, qualities and product details are sourced and developed to the required standards.
- Drive and develop creative collaborations and special projects, working cross-functionally to ensure they are aligned with the Pepe Jeans identity and seasonal strategy.
- Collaborate closely with Buying, Merchandising, Product Development and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of the collection and present seasonal concepts and collections to senior stakeholders and internal teams.
- Review and approve sketches, technical drawings, fabrics, trims, prototypes and final samples, participating in fitting sessions and providing creative and technical feedback to ensure product quality, fit and execution meet the required standards.
