Operations, Optimization and Medical Provider Management Internship

MISSION: As an intern in our Operations team, you will be a fundamental part of the evolution and optimization of health medical network management. Your work will have a direct impact: you will ensure the continuous updating of our healthcare providers, perform rigorous monitoring of key processes, and contribute to solving operational challenges that affect thousands of policyholders. FUNCTIONS: Manage the provider lifecycle: registrations, cancellations, modifications, and rate updates in the system Colaborate in cross-functional processes: you will work with different areas to ensure operational alignment Identify improvements in BAU processes: you will analyze current flows, propose action plans, and contribute to their implementation Develop monitoring and control tools: you will design new systems that strengthen process visibility and traceability PROFILE: Education Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines Experience We value previous experience in operational roles, process analysis, or data management Technical knowledge Advanced Excel (mandatory) SAP or Salesforce (valued) English (minimum conversational level) Key competencies Analytical capacity and complex problem-solving skills Mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and innovation Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams Autonomy and proactivity in task execution Attention to detail and precision in data management Why join AXA Spain?
