FUNCTIONS: -Advise and support agents in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of their strategic and commercial plans, aligned with the organization's objectives. -Explore and maximize business opportunities, promoting actions at both local and national levels. -Guarantee a sufficient and qualified agent network in your area, managing integrations, successions, and the development of their commercial and professional potential. -Develop and apply the MPA methodology in the network, performing production monitoring, portfolio control, and commercial visits. -Increase agency activity, conducting visits to clients and prospects to increase the volume of policies, premiums, and client portfolios profitably. -Motivate, inform, and negotiate with agents, offering the AXA value proposition based on their potential and results. -Lead digital transformation, promoting the responsible use of technology in a phygital environment. -Be the agency's main interlocutor with the company, strengthening the relationship and ensuring good market practices. -Ensure ethical conduct, transparency, and respect for the rights of the insured, guaranteeing compliance with external and internal regulations. PROFILE: Education: A degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, or Psychology will be valued. Knowledge: Basic English. Knowledge of the Exclusive Networks channel, the insurance sector, and current insurance legislation. Experience: Preferable experience in commercial activity within the insurance sector and knowledge of the market in Álava and/or La Rioja.
