What we're looking for

We are looking for an analytical, curious, and results-oriented person, with the ability to transform complex data into business solutions and recommendations.

We would like you to bring:

University degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences or related degrees.
Between 2 and 3 years of experience, or equivalent experience, in positions related to Data, Analytics, modeling, or Pricing.
Good command of Python and SQL, with experience in the processing, exploitation, and analysis of large volumes of data.
Solid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and Machine Learning.
Ability to interpret analytical results and communicate them clearly to different stakeholders.
Ease of working in collaborative environments and with multidisciplinary teams.
English level that allows participation in projects and functioning in international environments.

Nice to have

We would love it if, in addition, you have...

Experience with tools such as Power BI, SAS, R, Azure, or Git.
Knowledge of specialized Pricing tools, such as Radar or Emblem.
Previous experience or knowledge of the insurance sector.
Knowledge of Pricing, underwriting, or portfolio profitability processes.

You will join the Pricing, Underwriting & Data team, where you will participate in advanced data analysis and predictive modeling projects with a direct impact on pricing strategy, customer knowledge, and business profitability.

What you'll do

Analyze and exploit large volumes of data to identify trends, segments, and improvement opportunities, both in new production and in the existing portfolio.
Develop, validate, and monitor statistical and predictive models applied to Pricing, customer behavior, and profitability.
Participate in price and rate optimization projects, evaluating their impact on key business indicators.
Design analyses, simulations, and monitoring tools that facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Monitor model performance and detect possible deviations or improvement opportunities.
Transform analytical results into clear and actionable recommendations for the business.
Work transversally with the Pricing, Business, Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams, contributing to an integrated vision.
Participate in the evolution of the area's analytical and modeling capabilities.
