What you'll do

  • Collaborate with the leaders of your unit and with the rest of the business and technical areas in the definition and development of analytical, Machine Learning, and AI projects, including generative AI, ensuring compliance with deadlines and expectations, supervising committed deliverables, and proactively reporting progress, blockers, and potential risks.
  • Work hand in hand with the different areas of the Santalucía Group and the Agency Network to deeply understand business problems, applying active listening and considering the particularities of each unit in the definition of data- and AI-based solutions.
  • Analyze existing information and propose new approaches to enrich it, including the use of structured and unstructured data, with the aim of solving business challenges through analytical solutions and traditional and generative AI.
  • Design, evaluate, and evolve solutions based on Artificial Intelligence applied to real use cases, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and the group's technical standards.
  • Define when to use generative AI models versus traditional machine learning models, rules, or other analytical approaches, applying technical and business judgment.

  • Define and supervise KPIs to monitor analytical models and AI solutions, including performance, quality, usage, cost, latency metrics, potential drifts, and governance metrics.

  • Maintain and improve existing analytical and AI solutions, ensuring their proper evolution and operability in production environments.
