BIM Coordinator

• Education: Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil, Mechanical Engineering, or similar.
• Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in BIM environments, preferably in industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and experience working with BIM models.
• Ability to conduct BIM coordination meetings, incident tracking, and deliverables control.
• Experience in clash detection, management, and resolution.
• High English level (C1), especially for working with international teams and participating in technical meetings.

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to expand one of our teams in Avilés, who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role and in the industry.

• Manage and coordinate the project's BIM workflows, ensuring the correct implementation of standards and procedures.
• Develop and maintain the Building Information Model (BIM) in all its phases (design, construction, and operation).
• Coordinate information between the different disciplines (architecture, structures, installations, etc.) through the BIM platform.
• Perform clash detection and resolution and propose solutions.
• Ensure the quality and consistency of the BIM model data.
• Collaborate closely with the design team, builders, and other stakeholders to guarantee alignment with project objectives.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members regarding the use of BIM.
• Stay up to date on the latest BIM technologies and methodologies.
• Participate in the definition of BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure their compliance.
• Generate monitoring reports and control the progress of the BIM project.
