At SOCOTEC Spain, we are looking to hire a BIM Coordinator to participate in linear works and railway infrastructure projects at our offices in Barcelona or Madrid.

What you'll do

We are looking for a profile with experience in BIM coordination and, especially, in projects linked to ADIF, capable of guaranteeing the correct application of the BIM methodology, the quality of information, and compliance with the requirements established by the client.

Coordinate BIM models and manage the detection and resolution of interferences between disciplines.
Implement and monitor the project's BIM processes in accordance with ISO 19650 and the client's requirements.
Control the quality of information and the deliverables associated with the BIM models.
Coordinate the information flow between the different disciplines and project teams.
Act as a technical interlocutor with internal teams, designers, and the client.
Monitor compliance with the BIM requirements established for the project.
Participate in the improvement and optimization of BIM coordination processes.
