The role
At SOCOTEC Spain, we are looking to hire a BIM Coordinator to join our Civil Engineering / BIM team and participate in civil engineering and urbanism projects.
The selected person will assume the coordination of BIM models and processes for the project, leading the BIM workflow, managing information within the Common Data Environment (CDE), and acting as the technical interlocutor with the design teams and the client.
What you'll do
Coordinate BIM models and detect and manage clashes between different disciplines.
Manage and administer projects within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
Implement and monitor the project's BIM processes in accordance with ISO 19650.
Control the quality of information and the deliverables associated with the models.
Coordinate the information flow between the different project teams.
Act as a technical interlocutor with internal teams, designers, and the client.
Monitor compliance with the BIM requirements established for the project.
