The role
We are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer specializing in installations to autonomously take on the technical coordination of projects in the area. This position represents an exceptional opportunity to join a stable, long-term project, ideal if you are looking to escape the pace of the big city, connect with nature, and settle in an unparalleled mountain environment like Vall d'Aran. What you'll do
Reporting directly to the technical director, your main tasks will be:
To manage, at a technical, documentary, and economic level, the modifications and customization solutions in high-end housing.
To assume the coordination of the area by collaborating closely with clients, ownership, the architecture team, the project management team, and the construction company.
To coordinate work alongside installers, interior designers, and suppliers throughout the entire execution and delivery process of the home.
To analyze with technical judgment the compatibility between the different installations, the architecture, the structure, the finishes, the furniture, and the interior design solutions.
