Innovation Manager

• University degree in Engineering or scientific fields. 

• Minimum 8 years in the field of R&D&i incentive management. 

• Previous experience managing consulting teams and acting as a technical reference in complex projects. 

• Experience in project management (planning, monitoring, prioritization, and risk management). 

• High exposure to clients and major accounts. 

• Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and with clients. 

• Professional command of Spanish and a good professional level of English. 

• Regular use of office and project management tools (internal ERPs, collaborative tools, etc.). 

• Organized, structured, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to make decisions in changing environments.  

• High autonomy, sense of responsibility, and global business vision. 

• Training in project management, MBA, or leadership is valuable. 

We are looking for an Innovation Manager (Consulting Department) with extensive experience in innovation financing through incentives such as Tax Deductions, bonuses, and Tax Equity (valuable), as well as in team management. 

This profile will be responsible for monitoring the coordination and execution of the projects assigned to their teams, as well as ensuring compliance with the various KPIs set within the department. 

Additionally, they will manage major client accounts, defining the advisory strategy, leading and developing teams, and ensuring service quality. 

In accordance with the strategy and methodology defined by the Innovation Management, 

• Leadership of Team Leaders and consulting teams.  

• Monitoring of work execution, quality, and deadlines.  

• Talent development, training, and technical support. 

• Coordination of services and relationship with strategic clients 

• Definition of service strategies and profitability analysis. 

• Review and optimization of processes and methodologies.  

• Driving internal improvements, tools, and templates. 

• Internal management. Review of reports, budget, and Department objectives. 

• Cross-functional collaboration. Coordinated work with Legal, Management, and commercial areas.
