R&D Project Manager / PMO

• University degree in engineering or scientific areas. 
• Optional: Training in project management (PMO, PMP, Agile…)
• Minimum 8 years in the field of R&D&I incentive management and in key account project management.
• Experience in project management (planning, monitoring, prioritization, and risk management).
• Rigorous deadline management with the ability to request information and drive projects forward.
• High exposure to clients and key accounts.
• Excellent communication skills, both with internal teams and with clients.
• Professional command of Spanish and a good professional level of English.
• Regular use of office and project management tools (internal ERPs, collaborative tools, etc.).
• Organized, structured, and results-oriented profile, with the ability to make decisions in changing environments.
• High autonomy, sense of responsibility, and a global business vision.

• Lead the comprehensive management of projects (End-to-End): from planning and task assignment to closure.
• Carry out periodic project monitoring, both at the technical activity level and at the level of executed expenditure.
• Manage client follow-up, identifying and recording risks, issues, and dependencies to mitigate impacts.
• Plan detailed schedules using different project management tools, defining milestones, timelines, and critical paths.
• Coordinate communication between different teams (functional, technical, and management), ensuring good communication and reporting with all of them.
• Client Relationship: you will maintain effective and continuous communication with the client, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs and expectations, and providing appropriate and personalized solutions.
• Supervision and Methodology: You will implement rigorous monitoring and supervision methodologies to track progress and ensure the achievement of project objectives.

In accordance with the strategy and methodology defined by the Innovation Management:

• Monitor the execution of work, quality of deliverables, and deadlines, both with the client and at an internal management level.

We are looking for an R&D Project Manager / PMO for the comprehensive management of R&D&I projects, with experience in innovation financing through different incentives (Tax Deductions, Tax Equity,..).

This profile will be responsible for coordinating complex technical-administrative projects, working directly with clients, ensuring established periodic reporting, the quality of deliverables, and compliance with deadlines in structured and demanding processes.
