The role

What you'll do

What will you be responsible for?
You will meet the assigned sales objective for the GRANTS and CAE business line through the creation and strengthening of commercial relationships (Business Development) that expand your portfolio and increase our market share.

Business development: Generation of initial contacts and launching the relationship to trigger meetings with validated candidate companies. Assistance in leading commercial meetings, negotiation, and closing contracts to achieve a high degree of autonomy. Development of new relationships with business partners.
Strengthening the assigned client portfolio of the current portfolio.
Teamwork with Telesales and Marketing to support commercial actions with communications and events, and organization of your own events oriented towards business generation.
Teamwork with the ICS (International Cross-selling) Management for business generation on an international scale.
Leadership skills and the ability to work in a team.
High proactivity and orientation to results
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Contribution to current commercial tools, policies, processes, and to collaborative relationships within your team.
