Social Security and Contributions Consultant

We are looking for a person who meets the following characteristics:

• It is a position as a labor cost and social security contribution optimization consultant, with a significant component of auditing and financial analysis.
• The work consists mainly of reviewing company payrolls and contributions to identify errors, potential savings, and opportunities to recover overpaid amounts.
• It combines knowledge of Human Resources, payroll, Social Security, auditing, and management control, in addition to direct contact with clients.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Good ability to work on a project basis.
• Perseverance, curiosity, and the ability to transmit knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.
• Organization, rigor, and high standards in work.
• Ease of working with figures and numerical data.
• Experience or specialized knowledge in payroll management (will be positively valued).
• Solid knowledge of how companies function and are organized, as well as their economic limitations.
• Higher degree from a business school or specialized training in auditing and management control.

Within our HR performance optimization consulting activity, the consultant's role is fundamental. Their main responsibility will be to support our clients in optimizing Social Security costs and payroll taxes.

• Perform audits of our clients' payrolls, identify optimization opportunities, evaluate and quantify their economic impact, as well as detect possible discrepancies in payroll calculations.
• Prepare and present reports, proposing optimization measures aimed at generating savings through efficient management of Human Resources costs.
• Coordinate the implementation of recommendations, defining the application methodology and preparing the necessary documentation to request refunds of contributions or amounts unduly paid.
• Manage client relationships, advising them to ensure correct payroll management, supporting them through the procedures following audits, and participating in commercial activity by presenting services and adapting proposals to the specific needs of each client.
