What you'll do

Manage and monitor projects, work plans, and work orders.
Coordinate the activity of the teams involved and monitor priorities, workloads, and deadlines.
Monitor project contracts, milestones, indicators, and commitments.
Identify possible risks or deviations and propose actions to correct them.
Maintain continuous communication with the client and prepare periodic monitoring reports.
Participate in the planning of efforts and timelines.
Collaborate in the definition of requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
Contribute to continuous improvement and the smooth functioning of the team.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Project Manager / Digital Consultant with extensive experience in the management and monitoring of technological projects, to join a project management technical office project.

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the work developed by technological teams, ensuring compliance with planning, acquired commitments, and established quality standards.

What do we need from you?

At least 8 years of professional experience in project management.
Experience in management, planning, and monitoring of technological projects and services.
Ability to coordinate teams and different stakeholders.
Experience in monitoring indicators, risks, deadlines, and commitments.
Hold some certification in project or service management, such as ITIL v3, PRINCE2, PMP or Scrum, or equivalent certifications.
